About Careers on Call
Careers on Call was founded by an experienced NHS careers professional, Gemma Sinclair, who has spent over 10 years supporting doctors with career decision making, specialty applications and training pathways.
Through working with hundreds of doctors at different stages of training, it became clear that many wanted independent, confidential careers guidance outside of formal training structures, where they could talk openly and explore their options.
